the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient for exploring Reykjavik and we didn't have to worry about transportation. the hotel had a restaurant on-site which served delicious meals. We loved being able to enjoy a nice dinner without having to go far from our room. And lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service.

There was a nightclub nearby that played loud music every night, difficult to sleep. It would have been great if the hotel had better sound insulation in the rooms facing the street to minimize the noise disturbance.

The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are unique and stylish, with special touches like a cow hide rug. The toiletries, towels, and amenities were all of high quality. The mini-bar was well-stocked and the restaurant had delicious and affordable food. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was outstanding. This hotel is a great choice for business travelers, tourists, and romantic getaways.

Had a really great stay for 4 nights, loved staff and rooms. The restaurant was great on our first nite food, we ordered amazing dishes. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were a minibar, central heating and an iron available.
